Year review of blogs
That was funny, looking back to when I joined a gym. My starting weights are much lighter, than now. Tonight at the gym, I’m going to do max lifts just to see where I am. Aside from a sore forearm, I think I can get a good number from my standard lifts. I’m sure their will be some better than others, simply because I have favorite body parts. Heres my list at my current weight of 180 lbs. I’ll print this out and newb it at the gym, pencil and paper in tow.
Dumbbell curl 4X100
Bench press 3×170
Deadlifts 4×250
chest flys 10×45
leg extensions 8×245
prone leg curls 5×140
chin ups, which I really don’t do and don’t enjoy. Arm gave out.
skull crushers 4×90
tricep rope pulldown 10×120
shoulder press. 7×135
