Trimming up for abs stinks
I’m freaking here. Arms, chest and thigh measurements are decreasing. I dropped 10 lbs to pull out all the stops for my abs, and everything went down except calves. Am I suppossed to be happy with this? Veins and definition are up, and bf% is down. I know I am stronger, and can lift heavier weights. This blindsides my motivation, I need a positive spin on this somehow. Till next blog, Bye.
