2nd week September
Worked out 3 times, MWF. Staying with my plan, less reps more weight. T,TH doing pushups, pushups, and more pushups. Going out of town Friday till Friday, will work on lower body tonight and Wednesday. Will take my running shoes, so I guess it will be cardio all next week. Did chest yesterday, and I’m really sore today. Looks like my ideal weight is around 175 lbs, I’m hanging around 180 right now, and have a 5 pack, getting and keeping a 6 pack is harder than I thought, especially if you eat chocolate pie and two hamburgers for your last meal of the day. I’m sticking to my lunch PBJ sandwich this week. Happy with the body right now, just need to have more upper body development, chest and shoulders. Till next blog, Bye.
