1st week September
Rested for 5 days, and ready for new program. Weight still hovering around mid 180’s, a little more definition in the midsection. Next program is a repeat of one I’ve done before. Since I was doing higher repetitions and lower weights, its time for higher weights, core excersises, and lower reps. Midsection is having an identity crisis, I can’t tell if my abs are going to have a standard six pack look or some asymetrical mess. This is by far the thinnist I have been in at least 25 or so years. I don’t like thinking about everything I eat, once I prove I can pull it all together, its party time again.
