Running man
Well, I wanted to run tonight, the first time in a long time. Ran 2-1/2 miles without knee pain and, the lungs where good for some more. Everytime I get around 190 lbs and above my right knee lets me have it. If I want to go to 200 lbs .still I’ve got to rethink the diet. I don’t want to pack on the pillows. A slow gain is fine with me, I figure I have another 3-5 years of sweet and tears to get where I want to be anyway. Didn’t hit the weights, just running and ab work tonight.
