I’m freaking here. Arms, chest and thigh measurements are decreasing. I dropped 10 lbs to pull out all the stops for my abs, and everything went down except calves. Am I suppossed to be happy with this? Veins and definition are up, and bf% is down. I know I am stronger, and can lift heavier weights. This blindsides my motivation, I need a positive spin on this somehow. Till next blog, Bye.

Worked out 3 times, MWF. Staying with my plan, less reps more weight. T,TH doing pushups, pushups, and more pushups. Going out of town Friday till Friday, will work on lower body tonight and Wednesday. Will take my running shoes, so I guess it will be cardio all next week. Did chest yesterday, and I’m really sore today. Looks like my ideal weight is around 175 lbs, I’m hanging around 180 right now, and have a 5 pack, getting and keeping a 6 pack is harder than I thought, especially if you eat chocolate pie and two hamburgers for your last meal of the day. I’m sticking to my lunch PBJ sandwich this week. Happy with the body right now, just need to have more upper body development, chest and shoulders. Till next blog, Bye.

Worked out last night as always. Two excercises deadlift and leg extensions. I got two compliments on my progress, wow. Somebody asked how long I had been working out to get to my size. I was almost speachless, nobody had asked me that before. I was ready to go back and hit everything again. I also measured my bfi. 13. something. That was one of my goals to get below 15. Oh yea. A lot more definition in the midsection, obliques are showing nicely. If I ever get to 200 lbs it will have to be a lean and mean 200 lbs, I would rather have the abs. Pecs are coming along, but now I’m doing core excercises, not so much isolation. Till next blog, Bye.

Rested for 5 days, and ready for new program. Weight still hovering around mid 180’s, a little more definition in the midsection. Next program is a repeat of one I’ve done before. Since I was doing higher repetitions and lower weights, its time for higher weights, core excersises, and lower reps. Midsection is having an identity crisis, I can’t tell if my abs are going to have a standard six pack look or some asymetrical mess. This is by far the thinnist I have been in at least 25 or so years. I don’t like thinking about everything I eat, once I prove I can pull it all together, its party time again. Till next blog, Bye.

Well, I wanted to run tonight, the first time in a long time. Ran 2-1/2 miles without knee pain and, the lungs where good for some more. Everytime I get around 190 lbs and above my right knee lets me have it. If I want to go to 200 lbs .still I’ve got to rethink the diet. I don’t want to pack on the pillows. A slow gain is fine with me, I figure I have another 3-5 years of sweet and tears to get where I want to be anyway. Didn’t hit the weights, just running and ab work tonight. Till next blog, bye.
