Mid August
Working out as usual, 2nd week of pbj sandwiches for lunch. This is the easiest way for me to drop some weight it seems. My abs are coming along nicely. I’m only taking cassien whey after a workout which is usually at night. Hopefully I’m not losing any hard earned muscle in my quest for a solid 6-pack. My knee is geting better so I’ve also been hitting the treadmill. I’m pretty sure I’m quitting my 10k, thats how I messed up my knee to begin with. I can’t really get a good measurement on my BFI, but with a 6 pack it should be around 10% I’m guessing. Still not giving up my morning DR Pepper thue. Till next blog, Bye.
