Aug update
Been hitting the gym 3 times per week. Legs usually on Monday. Upperbody on Wednesday and Friday. Workout routine is in shambles right now. Usually do Bench, incline bench with dumbbells, lat pulldowns, laying off the deadlifts for awhile. shoulder shrugs. For legs I have to go real easy on squats (sore knee), so I do all the machines. Midsection is usually swiss ball with weights. Arms are the usual workout. Tuesday and thursday reserved for pushups and dumbbell flys at home. I really enjoy working out at home, but I like the equipment the gym has. Majoring in pecs and triceps this go around with a minor in forearm development. I’m not sure what kind of development I can get out of my forearms, their’s just bone and skin in the first 6" of my arm. Next will be upper back and shoulders. Till next blog, bye.
l’ll keep this up for two more weeks then I’ll get back on my low volume high weights routine.
