Been awhile
Been working out three times a week since last blog, nothing to write home about. Dropped some weight still, probably around 184. Waist is looking better, maybe some more definition also. Need to update a pic. Shoulder has been extra sore this week for some reason. Workout routine a wash, I’ve been winging it till I think I’ve had enough. I’ve come to the conclusion its easier to eat right than do cardio. Working out tonight, I’m gonna wail on my abs. Till next blog, Bye.
