Down to 183lbs

The PBJ sandwich lunch, is doing a number on my midsection.  Seeing a lot more definition, everywhere,  even the small veins in my lower arm (top side) are popping out.  One more week of the work everything routine, and I’m going back to the lower reps higher weight routine.  I miss the deadlift.    Started running again,  15 min. without knee pain,  my weight threshhold for knee pain must be around 190lbs.  Till next blog.

Mid August

Working out as usual,  2nd week of pbj sandwiches for lunch.  This is the easiest way for me to drop some weight it seems.   My abs are coming along nicely.  I’m only taking cassien whey after a workout which is usually at night.  Hopefully I’m not losing any hard earned muscle in my quest for a solid 6-pack.  My knee is geting better so I’ve also been hitting the treadmill.  I’m pretty sure I’m quitting my 10k, thats how I messed up my knee to begin with.  I can’t really get a good measurement on my BFI, but with a 6 pack it should be around 10% I’m guessing.   Still not giving up my morning DR Pepper thue. Aug update

Tuesday, August 21st, 2007

Been hitting the gym 3 times per week.  Legs usually on Monday.  Upperbody on Wednesday and Friday.  Workout routine is in shambles right now.  Usually do Bench, incline bench with dumbbells, lat pulldowns,  laying off the deadlifts for awhile. shoulder shrugs.  For legs I have to go real easy on squats (sore knee), so I do all the machines.  Midsection is usually swiss ball with weights.  Arms are the usual workout. Tuesday and thursday reserved for pushups and dumbbell flys at home.  I really enjoy working out at home, but I like the equipment the gym has.  Majoring in pecs and triceps this go around with a minor in forearm development. I’m not sure what kind of development I can get out of my forearms,  their’s just bone and skin in the first 6" of my arm.  Next will be upper back and shoulders. l’ll keep this up for two more weeks then I’ll get back on my low volume high weights routine.

Been awhile

Monday, August 6th, 2007

Been working out three times a week since last blog,  nothing to write home about.  Dropped some weight still, probably around 184.  Waist is looking better,  maybe some more definition also.  Need to update a pic.   Shoulder has been extra sore this week for some reason. Workout routine a wash,  I’ve been winging it till I think I’ve had enough.  I’ve come to the conclusion its easier to eat right than do cardio. Working out tonight,  I’m gonna wail on my abs.
