Down to 183lbs
Thursday, August 30th, 2007The PBJ sandwich lunch, is doing a number on my midsection. Seeing a lot more definition, everywhere, even the small veins in my lower arm (top side) are popping out. One more week of the work everything routine, and I’m going back to the lower reps higher weight routine. I miss the deadlift. Started running again, 15 min. without knee pain, my weight threshhold for knee pain must be around 190lbs. Till next blog.
