cardio
Monday, July 16th, 2007I have been working out without doing any cardio. My thinking was, just try to gain some size. Well, this has been going on since early March. Looking in the mirror, I’m really not happy with the extra around the waist. One of my goals is to get to 200 lbs. Unfortunately thats 200 lbs with a six pack. Since my knee is better, I’m doing cardio now. I have a few choices, jogging which I like, stairstepper which is OK, and the elliptical machine, which is also OK. I don’t know if its right, but I’ve also kept an elevated heartrate thru my entire workout. Usually my workouts go as follows: 15- 20 minutes cardio, 30- 45 minutes workout including abs at the end. Trying to figure out this mess is hard, why don’t I just solve global warming while I figure things out. Till next blog, bye.
