cardio

I have been working out without doing any cardio. My thinking was, just try to gain some size.  Well,  this has been going on since early March.  Looking in the mirror, I’m really not happy with the extra around the waist.  One of my goals is to get to 200 lbs.  Unfortunately thats 200 lbs with a six pack.  Since my knee is better,  I’m doing cardio now.  I have a few choices, jogging which I like,  stairstepper which is OK, and the elliptical machine, which is also OK.   I don’t know if its right, but I’ve also kept an elevated heartrate thru my entire workout.  Usually my workouts go as follows: 15- 20 minutes cardio,  30- 45 minutes workout including abs at the end.  Trying to figure out this mess is hard,  why don’t I just solve global warming while I figure things out.  Till next blog, bye.

New workout again

Well this was the first day of my newest workout.  Full body MF and Wednesday is for upper chest.  The first day every part of me was shaking,  this is after my low volume high weight workout of the last four weeks.  I’m still 10-15 lbs heavier in the midsection, (still have my 4 pack) but I’m still shooting for a ripped 200 lbs, so I don’t care.  I thought dropping running would help with the leg size.  The jury is still out on that one. Well,  the body is heading in the right direction,  the mind is still in the game. Till next blog,  Bye.
