New Workout - Week one. low reps - high weights

Memorial day was relaxed, whole weekend was relaxed. My weight is off, down to 189 today. Its hard to keep weigth when everything you have in the house is junky, or just doesn’t look good to eat. I’m starting back with the protein drinks after a workout. My latest work out, calls for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday workouts. It also calls for resting the other days. Its really going to be hard not doing something on the weekends. I’m still going to gain weight, its just going to be lean muscle weight, not flab. Gym is getting a little crowded now that summers here, I hope this doesn’t spill over into my after 10:00pm gym time. This is week one of the latest workout. I’m suppossed to stay on this at least 4 weeks. I’m learning the lifts and weights now, but should get into a smoother workout soon. Using Dumbbells which I haven’t really used. Shoulder is hanging on so far. Till next blog, Bye.
