What I’m thinking
Well, I had a good workout yesterday. Did my ab work, actually started cramping up afterward. Had to walk it out and stretch. I am still bummed about loosing weight, but what can you do? I’m gonna continue what I’m doing, maybe one day I’ll get some thickness going. I think I’ll go back to my HIT program. Right now I’m still learning the new gym, they have a lot more machines than the old place. But, after the end of the day, I still like doing just the core (Bench, squat, and free weights) My cardio is the elliptical machine, it saves my right knee which I’m still pampering. Rating Bodypart size and shape The arms are 90% complete legs 85% chest 70% Back 65% abs 75% waist size (BF%) 85% Overall size 75%. Well thats my blog, till next time Bye.
