Rethinking bulk.
Well, I’ve spent the last three weeks eating like a horse, and was up to 196 lbs. I got a stomach bug, and lost everything. Now I’m back to 191 lbs. Maybe I’ll just chill out about gaining weight and continue lifting as I was. I don’t think this bulking/cutting thing works with my metabolism anyway. Till next blog, Bye.

Sorry to hear about the stomach bug. I did gain some fat with this and for anyone into bodybuilding and trying to stay some what lean I wouldn’t recommend what I did at all. For someone looking for strength and power, I’d do this again and again all the way!!! Nice and steady is the way to go. You’ll get there. Good luck.
