Memorial day was relaxed, whole weekend was relaxed. My weight is off, down to 189 today. Its hard to keep weigth when everything you have in the house is junky, or just doesn’t look good to eat. I’m starting back with the protein drinks after a workout. My latest work out, calls for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday workouts. It also calls for resting the other days. Its really going to be hard not doing something on the weekends. I’m still going to gain weight, its just going to be lean muscle weight, not flab. Gym is getting a little crowded now that summers here, I hope this doesn’t spill over into my after 10:00pm gym time. This is week one of the latest workout. I’m suppossed to stay on this at least 4 weeks. I’m learning the lifts and weights now, but should get into a smoother workout soon. Using Dumbbells which I haven’t really used. Shoulder is hanging on so far. Till next blog, Bye.

Well, I played racquetball yesterday, the first time in 20+ years. I was beat up like a wet paper bag in the middle of the highway, stuck on someones bumper, after a hurricane. I really need to practice. I didn’t die from lack of shape, but lack of experience placing the shot and reading the ball bouce. Nothing like jumping in headfirst. I think this can count for my cardio time. I will improve. This week, the motivation is wavering. I need to figure out what I want out of bodybuilding. The direction I’m leaning right now is for a lean look. My feel for what I need is more shoulder and tricep work. It would be nice if I could find a balance for my protein. I stopped everything, because I didn’t like my love handles. Maybe I should get to the size I want and then start worrying about bringing the midsection inline. Somehow or another, I think I have a plan. Get to where I’m going and cut to perfection. Till next blog , Bye.

Supplements are off, I haven’t been taking anything except the Stone Dragon. My abs are back, I’m coasting at 190 lbs. Still working on 200 lbs, but the slooooow build plan. Got a new workout routine, heavier weights lower reps. I gonna stick with this plan for the correct time. Right now its beating me down, and I’m a good sore. Cardio is holding up on the elliptical machines (good for right knee). Diet is off, I’m eating whatever I want. Motivation is holding up. Mirror check is being kind, however I’m still not positive what kind of end result I’m going to get. The athletic build is what I’m after, whether I end up looking to heavy who knows. Haven’t made any friends at the new gym, but I am seeing some regulars. Handstand getting much better, I am getting the balance thing down, not using the wall nearly as much, and my count is to 50 now. My next step on that front is to not use the wall at all, and start walking. Till next blog bye.

Did my cardio, yesterday 45 min on elliptical machine. Changed resistance after 20 minutes to super sweat mode. Thats about all I did. Left the gym dragging. I fell of the wagon, with my eating. Laying off a week with the whey. Till next blog, Bye

Well, I had a good workout yesterday. Did my ab work, actually started cramping up afterward. Had to walk it out and stretch. I am still bummed about loosing weight, but what can you do? I’m gonna continue what I’m doing, maybe one day I’ll get some thickness going. I think I’ll go back to my HIT program. Right now I’m still learning the new gym, they have a lot more machines than the old place. But, after the end of the day, I still like doing just the core (Bench, squat, and free weights) My cardio is the elliptical machine, it saves my right knee which I’m still pampering. Rating Bodypart size and shape The arms are 90% complete legs 85% chest 70% Back 65% abs 75% waist size (BF%) 85% Overall size 75%. Well thats my blog, till next time Bye.

Well, I’ve spent the last three weeks eating like a horse, and was up to 196 lbs. I got a stomach bug, and lost everything. Now I’m back to 191 lbs. Maybe I’ll just chill out about gaining weight and continue lifting as I was. I don’t think this bulking/cutting thing works with my metabolism anyway. Till next blog, Bye.
