Weight gain
Well after three weeks of protein drinks at 3:30 and casein whey after working out before bed, I am seeing some weight gain. My plan is to hold at 200lbs and begin defining midsection. I am doing my best not to worry about losing what ever 5 pack I had to start with. Gym workouts have been on hold for about 2-1/2 weeks (single parenting time), my knee is getting better also. I have been working out with an ab roller, and 25 lb dumbbells. Cardio has gone out the window, which kills me, because I don’t mind doing it. Doing 2 -3 different pushup sets for my chest, these seem to be doing the job. Working out at home is nice but I miss the machines for my legs, especially since squats are out at the moment.
