April Update
Well, I’m hurting this week. My knee is still giving me problems. How do you work on your lower body with a bad knee? I can’t get to the gym for a least another week, no fault of mine. Progress on hold. Mainly doing situps and pushups, trying to do different workouts each night. I know I’m making progress, but it seems so sloooow. I’ll keep my head down and keep on plugging away. Till next blog, Bye. P.S. I see all these pics of guys with unbelivable builds, it would be nice to know how long it took them to get there. Its taken me a year, to get where I am. I wonder what 4-5 years of these will be like. Bye, again.
