Well I blew yesterday, and today I’m trying to eat more. My problem is I don’t want to eat dirty, so I don’t eat. Yesterday I skipped Breakfast, and for lunch I ate two chicken sandwiches. I missed my 3:00 protein shake, so that went out the window. Had (grilled) fish for dinner, and then had a protein shake around 10:00 pm. Maybe I need to buy some protein bars, to fill the gaps easier. I quit drinking colas, so I’ve been drinking tea with out sugar. I miss my soft drinks. Well thats it, Bye blog

I was still sore from Monday, but went to the gym any way. Biked for about 15 minutes and then worked on abs. The new place has different machines, that I don’t even know how to use yet. I think I’m gonna like the new place. I haven’t had to wait on any equipment, thats kinda cool. Got some new washable lifting gloves, the old ones where nasty looking, and starting to smell funky. Motivation was slowing, but new gloves picked up everything. Till next Blog, Bye.

Change is good, I was getting to comfortable with the old gym. I went tonight to the new place and got a really good workout in. I did cardio (running) 2 miles. Did chest and triceps. My triceps are sore about 1 hour after leaving, what are they gonna feel like in two days when I usually get sore? I popped by the old joint because I have until the rest of the month, and I was trying to see the differences between the gyms. The new place is really quite, and people aren’t as easy going as in the old joint. The new place is really new and people haven’t seen the same people every other day, so maybe it’ll lighten up in a couple of months. I now have access to racketball courts, lets see its been 20 something years since I played last, comfort zone blown out of the water on that one. I need to get a racket and dive into that. My workout plan is fubar, however I’m much more sore nowdays than I’ve been with a plan. My non-plan is to workout using different exercises, except for my cores, like bench, squats, and deadlifts. I do these first and do the machines later. I’m trying to keep the body guessing. I figure if I’m comfortable doing a workout, I’m not doing it right. Till next blog, bye.

Yesterday was cardio and ab day. My legs are still sore from the other day, so I probably won’t do any lower body tonight. I also need to do my measurements, I haven’t taken them any in quite awhile. I’m back to taking protein at 3:00 everday and after workouts. This isn’t the recommended amount, but I don’t care. Diet is 70% dirty, but abs aren’t, they stay in the general 5 pack area. I’m ok with that. I am looking for another cardio option, running is just to easy, maybe jump rope. I feel I’m heading in the right direction, whether its the most efficient program, probably not. I’m not in a race, I just amble around maybe I’ll find the "I’m Jacked now Baby" finish line one day. Till next blog, Bye.

I’m starting a new workout this week and probably for the next four weeks. Instead of running 3 -4 miles, I pulled back to 1 mile. I’ll have to see how this works out, I’m trying to gain some leg size, and weight. The abs are doing fine so far. I did chest work on monday, and yesterday was arms and a little back. Friday will be legs. I’m recording my weights now, so I can increase each week. I also have been doing pushups every night. Till next blog Bye. PS. Its a tough decision weight or abs. I’ll be greedy and have it all.

Well, I was out of town for a week. All I did was pushups and that was about it. I got back into the gym Sunday night, and did leg work. I also worked on my abs, I could tell I hadn’t done anything. I think its time for a new workout routine. I’m falling behind on my max weights, it seems like I’m stalled out. I did really good, increasing the weights with the HIT routine, because I was increasing every other workout. I think I’ll give that a try again. I hate carrying around a little book, but maybe It will get me out of the void. Till next blog bye.
