10k Finished and moving on
Now its time to reduce the running and concentrate on putting on 10 of the right lbs. I’m gonna try 15-20 minutes of cardio every other workout and see if I can maintain my abs as is. Their were quite a few big guys running, so I figure I can have my minimum running and keep any increases in my size. I won’t start training hard for next years 10K until 7 months from now, so I have plenty of time to get to 200lbs. Currently my wheels are proportional to my upper body, but I’m sure all the running to date has squashed any lower body size gains, I could have had. That’s my plan for now. Till next blog Bye.
