rest week
I told myself I was going to lay low this week. Not going to the gym and not running. Well its about 10:11 and I’m dying to go to the gym. I’m sitting here thinking about what I could be doing, not good… I have got to learn to relax every once in awhile. Well the best way to relax is to go to sleep, sleep what a good idea. Til next blog bye. PS the weather on Saturday my 10K says thundershowers, that can’t be a good thing.
