End of January update
Ok, So I’ve been letting my blog go. My update goes like this. Upper chest coming along with the latest workout program. Abs are getting a little bit better, ever since I started ignoring them. I think the trick has been the swissball and cable machine. I look like an idiot balancing, but it almost cramps me over getting off. My weight is at 189. I’m still running about 9-11 miles per week at a moderate pace, seems to be about the right combination. Most of the people at the gym don’t worry about cardio, or legs, but since I’m on the slowly getting fully jacked plan, I’ll wail on every body part. Still looking for the bulky look with the arms, and coming around with the upper back. Till next blog, Bye.
