Monday night

Gym today was good.  Not to crowded,  no waiting, no talkers.  Got all my excercises in as follows:

Bench press  Regular

Bench press Wide

Bench press incline

Lat pull down

Crunches on swiss ball with cable cross machine.

chest flys

standing on hands

All went really smooth.  Will see what type of soreness happens.  Went home and had protein shake.   Need to start up with the creatin again,  I was out of town and out of luck.  Till next blog.  Bye.

    So all the resolution-ers were gone from your gym this early? It usually takes a little more than three weeks to get them to quit and clear the gym floor.

    Creatine’s good, but try Gaspari’s Superpump 250. The recovery is a lot faster and the pump is a lot more intense too. My shoulder just hurt a little because I found myself progressing way too fast.
