Saturday workout
Well missed Thursday, and Friday nights so I really wanted to get to the gym today. I haven’t weighed myself in over a week, but I know the (two pulled wisdom teeth diet) is working. I’m slowly recovering and eating soft foods. I think I have 20 years of excess skin covering 2 of my 6 pack. Don’t really know, if you can do anything about it anyway. No sweat. I’m not even thinking about the abs, anymore anyway. Heres what I did at the gym:
Close grip bench
neutral lat pulldown
swissball crunches
normal lat pulldown
concentration curls
shrugges, I guess thats how you spell it.
forarm curls
Dip machine
no cardio except for 11 minutes on the bike machine. Workout felt good, out of 10, I’m thinkin 8.78991 The .00001 is because I blew my form on the lat pulldown way to early.
