Last night
Last night was assume, left the gym feeling like I had done something. Went earlier than usual, way to many people. Did the following:
Standard Bench press
Wide grip bench press
inclined bench press
crunches on swissball
cable cross crunches with 45 lbs on swissball. These are killers on the abs.
reverse grip rows
reverse grip curls
preacher curls
forgot to do handstands, forearms.
Hit the hay earlier, not getting enough sleep. I’m gonna add pullups to the workout, haven’t added yet because my upper back can’t handle it. I can work good on the front upper body, but leaving behind the back upper body. Till next blog. Bye
