3 weeks into new workout
Well I’m three weeks into the new workout. Progress is coming along. Three weeks in the holiday season and two teeth pulled and one out of town trip. I like the new program, I think the chest is improving according to the mirror. Abs are coming along nicely also, however a true 6 pack is still elusive. I want everything bigger, expecially the arms, but I still want the right body proportions. I will stay the course and be patient. I’m just taking the protein drinks when I’m not eating right and after a workout where my muscles are deserving of some tlc. The addition of the creatine maybe a reason I’m back to 188 lbs. The abs don’t lie, the weight is not in my midsection. The diet has been ok, nothing to write home about. BB update complete, till next blog. Bye.
