Ok, So I’ve been letting my blog go. My update goes like this. Upper chest coming along with the latest workout program. Abs are getting a little bit better, ever since I started ignoring them. I think the trick has been the swissball and cable machine. I look like an idiot balancing, but it almost cramps me over getting off. My weight is at 189. I’m still running about 9-11 miles per week at a moderate pace, seems to be about the right combination. Most of the people at the gym don’t worry about cardio, or legs, but since I’m on the slowly getting fully jacked plan, I’ll wail on every body part. Still looking for the bulky look with the arms, and coming around with the upper back. Till next blog, Bye.

Gym today was good. Not to crowded, no waiting, no talkers. Got all my excercises in as follows:
Bench press Regular
Bench press Wide
Bench press incline
Lat pull down
Crunches on swiss ball with cable cross machine.
chest flys
standing on hands
All went really smooth. Will see what type of soreness happens. Went home and had protein shake. Need to start up with the creatin again, I was out of town and out of luck. Till next blog. Bye.

Well missed Thursday, and Friday nights so I really wanted to get to the gym today. I haven’t weighed myself in over a week, but I know the (two pulled wisdom teeth diet) is working. I’m slowly recovering and eating soft foods. I think I have 20 years of excess skin covering 2 of my 6 pack. Don’t really know, if you can do anything about it anyway. No sweat. I’m not even thinking about the abs, anymore anyway. Heres what I did at the gym:
Close grip bench
neutral lat pulldown
swissball crunches
normal lat pulldown
concentration curls
shrugges, I guess thats how you spell it.
forarm curls
Dip machine
no cardio except for 11 minutes on the bike machine. Workout felt good, out of 10, I’m thinkin 8.78991 The .00001 is because I blew my form on the lat pulldown way to early.

Last night was assume, left the gym feeling like I had done something. Went earlier than usual, way to many people. Did the following:
Standard Bench press
Wide grip bench press
inclined bench press
crunches on swissball
cable cross crunches with 45 lbs on swissball. These are killers on the abs.
reverse grip rows
reverse grip curls
preacher curls
forgot to do handstands, forearms.
Hit the hay earlier, not getting enough sleep. I’m gonna add pullups to the workout, haven’t added yet because my upper back can’t handle it. I can work good on the front upper body, but leaving behind the back upper body. Till next blog. Bye

Well I’m three weeks into the new workout. Progress is coming along. Three weeks in the holiday season and two teeth pulled and one out of town trip. I like the new program, I think the chest is improving according to the mirror. Abs are coming along nicely also, however a true 6 pack is still elusive. I want everything bigger, expecially the arms, but I still want the right body proportions. I will stay the course and be patient. I’m just taking the protein drinks when I’m not eating right and after a workout where my muscles are deserving of some tlc. The addition of the creatine maybe a reason I’m back to 188 lbs. The abs don’t lie, the weight is not in my midsection. The diet has been ok, nothing to write home about. BB update complete, till next blog. Bye.

Well started the year off getting teeth pulled. A new note: Don’t run for about a week after getting teeth pulled. Ran my 4 miles, running the last, with half a smile. Yesterday I worked shoulders and chest w/o any issues.

Felt under the weather last night, so I kept everything to minimum. I also knew is was gonna be out of sorts today, because two of my wisdom teeth are coming out. I just got a root canal, so I’m thinking it couldn’t be any worse than that. Cold protein drinks are in order. So heres what I did last night:
Bench press
lat pulldown
Bench dips
shoulder presses
concentration curls
a little bit of ab work.
