Sat. Late again

Hello, World blog.  Here is what happened today.  Ran 2.25 miles for warmup.

Went to ab sets, swiss ball, rope pull downs and one other, side bends.  Then did some shrugs with 25 lbs, then 30.  I need to be more consistent on these.  Not sure how to work them into HIT program yet.  Did butterflies till failure which was close to 10, 3 sets.  Need to be more consistent with these also.  Then for the heck of it ran another mile.  Balancing on hands really good now, not great but good.  Probably won’t be able to workout Monday at the gym, my next workout day.  Till Tuesday.  Bye blog

Friday night late

Worked out really late,  but got a good workout in. 

Deadlifts 145lbs

lat pulldowns 130 lbs

Seated rows 120 lbs

barbell curl  was suppossed to go to 120 lbs, but there was no way.  I picked up 110 and knew that wasn’t going to happen either.  Finally picked up 95 lbs and did 7.  I think my lack of eating good caught up to me.

Preacher curl 85 lbs

did ab work first also,  swiss ball crunches, etc.  

Standing on hands,  balanced without a wall coming along really good.

I’m going to have to eat better.  Till next blog,  bye.

Ran 2.25 miles.    —  Chowed down at chinese buffet :) at lunch.  Figured,  I better do something about the extra intake.  Bud running next to me talked the whole time,  which was ok with me.  I could have a normal conversation so I’m thinkin’ my heartrate was in the correct range.  I wasn’t planning on taking it above that range anyway.  Blog done until next time.  Bye

Thinking - Tuesday

Won’t be able to go the the gym tonight,  so I went at lunch and ran 1.25 miles.  Weight is down to 183,  abs,veins are up.  Just taking musclemilk around 3:15 everyday and if I workout (3 day split) , 30 minutes afterward at night, with a different protein drink.  Weight is dropping, but I’m lifting more than I ever have. I started all this around 183.  I hope I have my protein right and I’m not losing any muscle,  don’t feel or look like I am.  Still searching for the right combination.  210 is my goal weight, and I was sitting at 200 awhile back,  just in the wrong place.  My thinking is I’ll get my abs right while slowly working on upper body.  The wheels are my best body area right now, not worrying about leaving them behind.  Blog done until next time. 3 day split, 3rd day, 4 week progress

Humm.  This is what I’ve done.

Deadlift starting at 70lbs now 2×20x125 with good form and no backpain

Lat Pulldown  start wt.   2×8x80   now 2×8x125 form lost it on second to last try.

Seated rows   2×8x100  now up to 2×8x160  form 97% on

Barbell curl  1×6x75  now 1×6x110   form good

preacher curl   2×6x60  now 2×6x85

ab 3 sets of declining jackknifes

     3 sets of seated crunches with 25 lb weight.

Whole workout rated at 8.5  Felt tired and beat thru whole workout except deadlifts,  I had my form and was in the zone.  4 weeks of this HIT program,  I’ve increased my weights each time,  I’m thinking,  I should stick to this until I reach my goal lifting weights for each excersize. The program seems to be working and I can lift more than I ever have before.  Anyway, thats my blog and I’m sticking to it. Bye blog.
