Workout went really good. Did deadlifts, close grip bench, and all leg machines. Concentrated on abs again, did everything real sloooow. Now that I’m thinking about giving up on my upgrade from 4 pack to six pack, I see a little more improvement. — Short term goal — I’ll continue with upper body workouts as is, and let the abs fall where they want. Usually when I don’t think about something, it works its way out, anyway. Working my way thru the BB haze. Blog out.
