By some miracle I squeezed in tonights workout. MWF has turned into TWTHF. I’ll get back on MWF after the holidays. New workout is gelling. Heres Fridays lineup:
Shoulder press 35lbs with a sore shoulder.
Bench dip * 240 lbs
Close grip bench press 100 lbs
Lat pulldowns 140 lbs
Reverse grip biceps curl 70lbs
Ab workout. Fell off stupid swissball with cable machine. Weight pulled me over the ball.
Ab pulldowns, and side laterals.
The workout came out close to 9 this time. I probably will be sore Saturday.
* indicates a new machine for me.
Till next blog, bye.

Well I was wrong, I’m still sore from my waist down. Tuesday I thought, was a good workout, I just didn’t know how good. Didn’t do any cardio, tonight. Tonight was just jump into ab work and don’t look back. Did the following:
Bench press warmup and two sets @120 lbs
Wide grip Bench press 2 sets @70 Lbs
wide grip bench press with legs up 12- 15 @ 50lbs
Dumbbell fly 6 @20, 8 and 10 @25 lbs
Underhanded grip seated row. 2×6x180lbs
Did preacher curls warmed up and 2 sets 7 @ 85lbs
Workout was a 8-1/2 . I’ve got a new program, but no groove to it yet. Shoulders where not happy even after warming up before every new weight. Now that I’m on this new chest building program, I’ve dropped my pushups every night. Till next blog, bye.

Quick blog tonight.
Did all lower leg work. Coming along, increased weights on everything. Knee messed up on last set of hack machine, abandoned machine and moved on. By the end of workout knee was alright. Did swiss ball setups on cable cross machine at 45 lbs. Abs where worked over pretty good. Workout was a 9.5 Haven’t been sore after workouts in quite a while, I hope thats ok. Measured arms etc… today almost everthing went down except leg measurements, kinda bummed about biceps. Weight at first measurments was 200, weight now 186 lbs. Mid section going in the right direction, even though I’ve been eating a bunch of crap food. Bye, blog.

Thursday night I just ran 4-1/4 miles and did crunches using a swiss ball and cable machine. I was on the learning curve for this one and nearly crashed several times, that would have been funny. Doing this in a semi crowded gym, means no pressure however, I did almost get pulled over the ball. I think its worth doing again, beats just a crunch on a swiss ball. Merry Christmas to whomever reads my adventures. Bye blog.

Workout went really good. Did deadlifts, close grip bench, and all leg machines. Concentrated on abs again, did everything real sloooow. Now that I’m thinking about giving up on my upgrade from 4 pack to six pack, I see a little more improvement. — Short term goal — I’ll continue with upper body workouts as is, and let the abs fall where they want. Usually when I don’t think about something, it works its way out, anyway. Working my way thru the BB haze. Blog out.

Well, I wanted to get to the gym and run, so thats what I did. Around 3-4 miles at a fairly good pace. Did a few situps and forearm work. I’m still sore from yesterdays workout, which hasn’t happened in a long time. Whatever the reason, I felt it running. Wednesday I’ll continue on my new modified workout routine. Side note -My weight has been fairly constant around 184 lbs. I think I can get thinner in my waist area but will look like a skeleton, which I don’t want. I also, think I have left over excess skin from my heavier days right over my third row of abs. I’m thinking I should give up on my six pack ab quest and start eating clean adding protein drinks. I will try to keep my 4 pack and press on. Blog out.

Well I started a new workout today. I’ll see how it goes. Did the following:
Bench press 90 lbs 3 sets of 10
wide grip bench press 80 lbs 3×10
underhand seated row 160 lbs 3×10
dumbbell chest flies 30 lbs 3×10
swiss ball situps 3×10 real slow
inclined bench situps 3×10
obliques incline bench situp w/45lb weight 2×20
no cardio. Workout went good Wanted to do some calf work but forgot.
Started a bottle of nanox9. Will have to see if it works. I can tell, I got a better pump already. I only did a little arm work so I couldn’t really tell how much of a pump I could get. Till next blog, Over.

Modified HIT program -
Deadlift 2×140 x 20
Lat pulldown 2×140x8
Rows 2×160x7
Barbell curl 2 x 50 x 8
preacher curl 3 x 10 x 65
Cable cross chopping high to low 50 lbs
lateral raises 2 x 80 x 10
dip machine 165 2 sets of 10
All in all my arms felt pumped, a little more than the norm. I like the deadlifts for some crazy reason. Workout was a 8.75. Had to cut back on curls because my little finger was tingling. Could be carpal tunnel. I’ll take it easier for a while. Till next blog.

Well according to the experts, I will be on a Mesocycle periodization. Its been 6 weeks since I started the HIT program, I feel I need some changes. The HIT program was great and nice gains have been made. I will be figuring out the new workout routine as I go. The nice thing about this blog, is I’ve been writing everthing down, so I can find out where I am with each excercise. I’ll stay with the 3 day split and stay with the same body parts per day, just adding some. Did legs last night. I can feel it this morning, so maybe I’m on to something. Till next blog, Bye.
