Eating Clean… Day 1
I’ve lost 30lbs since March with cardio and portion control. Then I hit a plateau and realized it was not working for me anymore. I reached out to several of my BB.com friends and got the same advice which is to start EATING CLEAN. So, this is my first day on that journey. I have also started drinking protein and taking more vitamins. I have only been lifting for two weeks and I can feel the difference. I am eager to see the changes after a month of clean eating!

Congrats on the new lifestyle change.
A word of advice… Since you are lifting weights now, as well as eating right, you’ll notice from time to time that the scale will stall. What happens is, since you will be adding some muscle as you lose fat, and muscle weighs so much more than fat, the scale will not change for a while, even though you are still shedding fat. When that happens, sometimes people get discouraged because they want to see the numbers go down.
A better way of tracking your progress is to buy a measuring tape, and take body measurements every few weeks. It will give you a much more accurate view of what is going on with your body than the scale will.
Congrats on already losing 30 Lbs so far. That’s an awesome accomplishment!
