Im a fool

Today i worked out my arms. I haven’t been in a week and i definitely felt it. I’ve been mega stressed out with trying to get my school stuff together and getting an apartment, and i regret not going, because i probably couldve gotten rid of my frustrations by sweating it out. Today was extra worse because i took a nap hoping to regain my energy, and instead i zapped what little i had. I did 2 sets of ten of pullups, preacher curl, machine curl, tricep dips, tricep cable pulldown, machine pushdown, overhead press, lateral press, and wide grip press. It was torture to get through, even with an energy drink in me. No more naps!

Wednesday, August 8th, 2007

Today i worked out my legs. I upped the weight today and i definitely felt it more by the last rep. I did 2 sets of the following: abductor at 200, adductor at 180, hamstring curl at 100, leg extension at 80, leg press at 120, and seated calf raise at 40. It burned and I enjoyed it greatly.

cardio

Tuesday, August 7th, 2007

Today was supposed to be an hour of cardio. I had exactly an hour before i needed to be home for a doctor’s appointment. Lo and behold, driving over the mountain, i get to the end, and apparently a tractor trailer decided it’d be a good idea to try a u turn on a mountain road. Yeah. He ended up stuck across the width of the road, and my ass had to turn around go back over the mountain and go around. I lost a half hour and just worked harder for that half hour. I have a few minutes before work so i’ll probably do up some abs.

arm day

Monday, August 6th, 2007

so today i decided to do up my arms. I did 4 x 10 of shoulder presses, then 3×10 of upright row, bent lateral raise, curls, bent over tri extension, and overhead extension, and 2×10 drag curl and hammer curl. I felt better doing it. I was feeling lazy, too lazy to go to the gym, so im glad i forced myself to do something. I keep taking days off and it makes it that much harder to get back into a routine.

i reek

Today i went to the gym to do cardio. I did 45 min on the elliptical, and became a bucket of sweat 5 minutes into the routine. There is no form of cooling system in the gym because its open and connected to the mall. I’m absolutely disgusting right now, both from the workout and the weather. Fun times.
