Monday, June 11th, 2007Mmk so i went back to the gym after a week off. I went on vacation to buffalo/niagara falls and definitely didnt keep up with my exercise. I did Tae bo on sunday and thats it. Other than that i lost all motivation and have to build it back up. I feel shitty not only because i should have kept it up but not going also lowered my energy a lot. I started out light with a half hour of cardio today. I did the elliptical backwards for 30 minutes with 10 min on level 6, 5 min level 10, 10 min level 15, and 5 min level 10. A positive note is that i didnt gain any weight and ive done much better on my diet. Much more veggies and protein. Today so far ive had a meal bar, soy milk, 2 veggie dogs with pepperjack almond cheese, and salad with vegan poppyseed dressing. Tonight ill have vegan chili and veggies with hummus.
