So far, so good
Wednesday, May 2nd, 2007I’ve been to my new gym three days in a row (which is very good for me, because im good at making up excuses for myself as to why i cant make it on any given day). I’m going to try to do mon-fri with alternating cardio and weights days. I’m definitely more sore than when i was going to the other gym, and the trainers are very nice and give me great tips so i’m doing the moves right. I’ve also been better with my diet, and it should only improve from now on because im much more driven now. Just taking that one week off with the flu made me almost depressed. i got lazy, and tired more easily, and i hated it. I will be in shape!
