cardio day
Today i did the elliptical machine. I alternated 10 forward with 5 minutes backward for a total of 45 minutes. I’ve decided to try and up all cardio to at least 45 minutes because i havent really lost weight yet. I can see miniscule amounts of muscle starting to show, but theres still too much fat on my body. im also going to eat more protein. i dont think im getting enough and i keep reaching for carbs when im hungry so im going to train myself to want protein first, especially for weight training.
