So after a week at the gym, i realized it took me the entire week to try and build back up to where i was after the week off. I’m still not 100% there even, cardio wise. But i’ve discovered some more new machines to try out and maybe i’ll shake things up a bit because i’m havent lost any weight yet, so i’m doing something wrong.

Keep up at it, the worst thing you can do is to stop completely. You’ll hit your stride in due time. Keep it up there!
