Fool
I worked out last night with my cousin and i had bought the new issue of oxygen magazine. I brought it with me to try the ab workout in it. The moves were all done on a ball and we grabbed two and went in a corner to do it up. We were having trouble trying to do the advanced moves because of an extreme lack of balance. And apparently we looked like idiots because a personal trainer came over and said "what are you trying to do?" and i just said i didnt know and he gave me an ab routine that only involved the floor.
