ehhhh
I’ve been working out almost a month now and i havent lost any weight. My cousin that i work out with hasnt either. I might have lost a few pounds and gained it in muscle because i definitely have a little more definiton. However, im not any smaller in my size. My gym opens this week so I’ll up my workouts from 3x to 5x and im gonna start upping my cardio to an hour from a half hour. I think if i do that and keep up the weights 3x a week, i should start seeing a change. Any other tips that anyone has would be awesome!

A month really isn’t that long? Start measuring yourself and stop worrying about wieght. How are your clothes fitting?

Hows your diet? Instead of upping your cardio to an hour, try upping the intensity for a half hour.

Also, learn about diet. It is not just about eating less. It is about what you eat. That’s all I can say here without going on for pages and pages. Check the nutrition forum, and do some research.

Make sure your eating healthy (that’s my problem - i work out 5x a week and a lot of outdoor activity, but my eating habbits suck!)
Also, if your looking ot loose weight rather than gain muscle -make sure you do a lot of cardio. Weights are also important but to loose weight do more cardio.
