First day..

Hopefully signing up here will help me reach my goals. I just joined a new gym that opens April 2nd or 3rd, and if anyone has any advice, i am more than willing to listen!

    Mostly i want to make my lower half leaner, reduce overall bodyfat, and gain definition.

    Ok, first thing is first if you want to transform your body you have to start before the gym and perfect your diet. What is it? Like nothing untill lunch? Double cheese burgers was my favorite. Chicken and rice, tuna, fish, and shakes. Then what are your goals in the gym? Beach body? Lean and muscular?

    It appears your at an advantage already with your genes, good luck!

    Ok I just read your current goals.

    Unfortunately you cannot reduce bodyfat in 1 area you have to reduce your bodyfat throughout. If you don’t like cardio you can have a strict diet if you like to eat good food then learn to love cardio.

    Cardio for you should build up to about an hour 3 times a week but no less than 40 minutes. I think you look great already but we can’t really see the lower half your talking about. We all have revealing pics of us so please do share, it will only help. And, about 30 minutes on weights not a second less than. When you reply I’ll put up an easy routine for full body or we can divide it into upper/lower which every you would prefer.
