Saturday, March 31st, 2007I bought two new workout books today. -The Bodysculpting Bible for Women, and the 28 Day Shapeover. Hopefully between the two I will come up with a consistent and effective program. I also bought a case of protein bars. I tried them at the gym, and they’re the tastiest ones ever! they’re peanut butter, graham cracker, and white chocolate, and so good. i also bought some new sweats for the gym.
A new side benefit of working out is eating healthier. I almost dont even get a choice. I have to eat things that are good for me, or i feel disgusting. It makes eating clean so much easier for me. Usually a diet lasts a day or two, but weight lifting has made it simple: lots of protein, veggies, and water.
