Wednesday
Today was a little bit hard. My arms are so sore and the weights seem to be getting heavier even though they really aren’t but hopefully it gets a little easier next week. Tomorrow’s cardio I can’t wait.

Tuesday
So today was cardio. It actually wasn’t that bad today running. It seems like it’s getting a little easier each time, not a whole lot but a little bit. I’m still a little sore in my legs, stomach, and arms but not as bad..let’s see how tomorrow goes.

Monday
So today was the first day of my second week. My whole entire body is so sore, it’s unreal. Working out today was so hard because i’m so sore. I’m glad I can tell though that what i’m doing is really working my whole body.

Saturday
Today was cardio again(treadmill). It was a little harder today because my whole body is so sore, but I kinda like it because it means that I worked hard this week and that i’m doing something right. So my first week is over and only 11 more to go!

FRIDAY
Today was my fifth workout meaning one more to go and my first week is done. Today I focused on legs and abs. My legs were shaking but that means that it’s actually working. The abs hurt but that’s how you can tell it you’re doing them right. I feel good after this morning’s workout.

Thursday
Well today was my fourth workout and I did cardio today. Running on the treadmill wasn’t as hard today as it was on Tuesday but it was still hard work and I sure did sweat alot. Running isn’t my favorite but I just have to suck it up and do it. Tomorrow is legs and abs, I can’t wait I like doing abs.

Wednesday
Today was my third workout. I focused on my back, tricepts, traps, and abs. The workout wasn’t that bad. The abs hurt a little bit, but I felt better afterwards. I’m starting to like workingout, it makes me feel better about myself.

TUESDAY
Today was my second workout. I did cardio today meaning I ran on the treadmill for 20 minutes (actually walked 5, ran 10, and walked another 5). I really feel good after running. I hate running and was dreading waking up, but I didn’t mind that at all.

MONDAY
Well today was my first workout. I never thought I would be this sore after a 25 minutes. I like it though because it makes me feel better and I feel like I’m on my way. I’m actually excited for this 12 weeks because I feel really good and I know I can do this.
