I&#8217;m still feeling good, still making decent choices. No wavering on this, just no time for the gym.&#160; I&#8217;m working 13 [...]]]></description>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last week I didn&#8217;t enter anything, but I did lose 3 more pounds to get to 325.  But I just ruined all that work this last weekend. We had a big football game with the guys and had pizza and beer after playing&#8230; Then the next day was Superbowl and I again ate and drank like crazy&#8230;</p>
<p> I guess the good thing is I know what happend, I know that it was just a hiccup and I&#8217;m not discuraged by it.  I just kept plugging away this week, did my diet and hit the gym.  My goal this weekend is to stay on the straight and narow.  Hopefully I can report a loss next week.

		<description><![CDATA[It was the begining of another, what I hope is a lifestyle change.  I hit the gym 4 days and was able to stick to the new diet plan.  I&#8217;m pretty geeked up on this, so hopefully it works out.  I&#8217;m jsut taking it one day at a time.
