up and down…
Last week I didn’t enter anything, but I did lose 3 more pounds to get to 325. But I just ruined all that work this last weekend. We had a big football game with the guys and had pizza and beer after playing… Then the next day was Superbowl and I again ate and drank like crazy…
I guess the good thing is I know what happend, I know that it was just a hiccup and I’m not discuraged by it. I just kept plugging away this week, did my diet and hit the gym. My goal this weekend is to stay on the straight and narow. Hopefully I can report a loss next week.
