It was the begining of another, what I hope is a lifestyle change. I hit the gym 4 days and was able to stick to the new diet plan. I’m pretty geeked up on this, so hopefully it works out. I’m jsut taking it one day at a time.
Giving it another go. I found it extremly hard to get through the holidays. My will power was next to zero. My resolution this year is to work on that. I need to find that strength to get through the rough patches.
