2nd week
I already feel like I’m losing steam on this. It is Tuesday already and I haven’t been to the gym yet. And I’m already thinking up excuses for the rest of the week. My diet has been somewhat on track, but I know I can do better. Every day is a struggle. I need to find that something to get it going. I feel like I’m very weak right now, not physically, mentally…

Stop that!! I am in the same boat as you. You have to push your self and make yourself go. There are times I don’t want to go, and ya know what I make myself go. Try changing your routine some, or get a work out partner. Don’t give up!!

Thanks for the encouragement. I haven’t given up yet. Just taking it one day at a time.
