I’ve been posting my weight loss on the site, but I haven’t posted any comments for a while. I’ve been busy starting my own company. I’m pretty excited for it, but I haven’t had much time to do much. Keep checking the progress. I’m down about 60. I’m over half way to the 100 pounds by Oct.

I didn’t do my normal Friday weigh in, the gym just wasn’t an option this week. But, the diet is doing good, I actually feel as is if I’m down, just haven’t verified it. I’m still feeling good, still making decent choices. No wavering on this, just no time for the gym. I’m working 13 to 14 hour days. Just keeping the diet straight is helping me work though no gym time.

dropped a pound this week. it feels a little biter sweet. I didn’t make it to the gym this week becuase of work, so I’m glad I still lost. But, I was hopping for a bit more, since my diet was pretty tight this week. Oh well, keep with the possitives of it…

Last week I didn’t enter anything, but I did lose 3 more pounds to get to 325. But I just ruined all that work this last weekend. We had a big football game with the guys and had pizza and beer after playing… Then the next day was Superbowl and I again ate and drank like crazy…
I guess the good thing is I know what happend, I know that it was just a hiccup and I’m not discuraged by it. I just kept plugging away this week, did my diet and hit the gym. My goal this weekend is to stay on the straight and narow. Hopefully I can report a loss next week.

Lost two more pounds this week. I guess slow and sure is the best way to go. I’d feel better if it was 5 pounds, but a loss is a loss.
I’m thinking about doing the Body for Life contest when I get down to 280. I’m going to start the research on it.

It was the begining of another, what I hope is a lifestyle change. I hit the gym 4 days and was able to stick to the new diet plan. I’m pretty geeked up on this, so hopefully it works out. I’m jsut taking it one day at a time.
