So it’s been a pretty hectic month. I’ve been in 7 different states in the past 30 days, so needless to say my workouts have gone to trash, nevermind my posts. I’ve been lifting as much as I can, but my diet isn’t as clean as it should be. Funny thing is, my lifts have been getting higher and higher, along with my weight. Regardless, today im getting back into MY gym, and picking up my good diet again, and maybe ill get some posts going again. Stay tuned, results should start being more apparent.

Oh man, legs yesterday killed me, i think im gunna take the day off today. I’m in an AM surf comp. tomorrow. hope my legs can take it. Glutamine here i come

Well, today is my first day training with my new trainer josh. He’s a master trainer, and is a ****ing beast so this should be interesting. Time to get shredded.
