			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After a long bout of laziness in the realm of 6 months I&#8217;m back. No excuses just plain old laziness which had several bad side effects. Poor health is #1 on that list not to mention bad sleep patterns. For the first time in my life i have to take medicine for anything and it&#8217;s for severe high blood pressure. I don&#8217;t want to stay on this stuff so I am making big changes in my eating habbits, weight, and most of all back in the gym. I could use all the support as possible as it will be a long rough road ahead. Thank you
