Back at it
After a long hiatus from working out I put my priorities back together and am feeling great. Working out has never been the problem so I tweeked my diet and lost 31 pounds. The main thing is I lost 6 inches off of my stomach. I will add the latest picture so feel free to give me some feedback.

I always had a hard time making blogs as evidenced my no replies LOL. Feeling great. On a 2 day split and on my off days doing high intensity cardio. 4% body fat gone. Alot more to go

6 inches off the stomach is AWESOME! As is 31 lbs..next time let me know you posted a blog ;op and I promise to respond!
