					<description>Just as I begin to make some good progress I get sick. I've never had such bad stomach pains as I've had the last 2 days. Top it off with a fever and I'm miserable I tell ya.</description>

					<description>I gained some serious weight after knee surgery and I couldn't handle it anymore. I'm sure once I'm back in the gym these pounds will really start falling off.</description>
