I was misplaced from the gym due to my knee surgery so I gained some weight. I’m down 26 pounds now and I have a goal to loose at least 40 more….

273 today for a total of 27 pounds lost. My knees feel much better and hopefullyI can start my jogging and sprinting within 2 weeks.

I have hit a plateau in my weight loss but there still is no turning back even though is sucks.

Officially 28 pounds lost. Feeling better each day. My first goal is 269 and then my goals are in 10 pound incriments.

Still doing good. I had my first cheat day after 15 days yesterday and I was amazed at how not hungry I was. Heading in the right direction for once.

YAY! Sounds like your diet is back on track! 15 days with no cheat! WOW! The longest I have gone with no cheat is one week, LOL! Keep up the hard word!

I gained some serious weight after knee surgery and I couldn’t handle it anymore. I’m sure once I’m back in the gym these pounds will really start falling off.

Just as I begin to make some good progress I get sick. I’ve never had such bad stomach pains as I’ve had the last 2 days. Top it off with a fever and I’m miserable I tell ya.
